accompany PlayVoiceChat() w/appropriate SpeakString() text

i'd like to have a character speak the voice set text associated w/a given voice chat. i see the pc's texts are in dialog.tlk, but i can't figure out how to get the strref for the appropriate pc + voicechat offset. using nwnx, i can get the soundset index for the character, but it doesn't look like i can use that to get the strref either. i know i've seen this in some modules, just don't remember where... :/  does anyone know how to do this ?
