Seeking Quest Help

Is anyone able to help me add quests to my project? Basically, i have two 'regions' with three 'zones' per region, each zone has a boss and i'd like to add (go kill boss) quests for each zone, so i'd need 6 quests in total. How i imagined it to work would be like this; two quests available at character level 20 for both regions zone 1 bosses. Then at level 30, two quests become available for the regions zone 2 bosses. Then lastly at level 40 add two more quests for the zone 3 bosses... and all quests can only be completed once per character.

 

mod is about 80% complete, just want to get it finished. Please let me know if you're at all interested in helping me with this, i tried looking over quest tutorials but couldn't figure this out.

               I am not a master scripter but the way it looks like you want the quests check the pc's level before it becomes available. Which you can easily do if you have it in conversation (example bounty hunter selling out bounty's for bosses?)
