Is it possible to start a movie, without ending the module?

               PW Server - I would like to play cinematics for players who have the cinematics downloaded.

Problem is - It looks like the only option is to use EndGame function, to play the video, but that would kill the server for everyone currently inside.

Is there any other functions that can do it?

               cinematics the word confuses me.cutscenes are movies.you could play those at anytime.Theres even a cutscene wand out there but i dont know the name maybe try seaching for that its in game and its like the dmfi wand.but if its a custom movie.........well ive never heard of anyone doing that,cutscenes can be played individually
