  UoA in that context is the University of Alberta, which runs part of their computers sciences courses using the NWN toolset.  They'd been working on dynamic NPC Ai routines.  Sorry for the delay in replying, I'd seen the post but missed the question.

                 I'm still working on this off and on, as well as the add-on accent system.

  I got bored, and made a clip of four of the accents being used side by side for a comparison.  All four NPCs have the exact same string fed to them, modified by the accent routine before the SpeakString call is made.

  Likely I should have had on some background music or such, likely I could have found something appropriate to go with it, but didn't feel like recording it again.

  As the description in the clip says, the accents used in it are dwarf-Faerun, High Mordentish (Ravenloft), Reptilian, and Dwarf - Ravenloft.
 I'll update that part of the package again once I get a few more made.  I only have six finished at the moment.
