He Aint No Kevin Costner....
« on: May 23, 2011, 09:29:17 pm »

I  was thinking...how cool would it be to be able to "hire" a bodyguard in the city and ONLY in the city.

So looking for a way to use the OC scripts (can figure that part out actually) with a script that dismisses them maybe triggered by a trigger use outside say 1 area away from the city?

Anyone know of a good henchmen/bodyguard system for a PW?

We used hirelings script on our now dead PW for quite a few years and were very happy with it. Might want to read thru the Vault notes and adjust as needed.

Couldn't you just add an OnEnter or OnClick script to the area transition triggers leading out of town (or wherever you don't want the bodyguard to go) which removes the NPC? Seems like a fairly simple procedure.
