Dear all,
I hope you can help me, because I couldn't find anything about this on the net.
I'm running a nwn1 shard and have this issue.
One of my players, an elf ranger/rogue, is spending a lot of time with monks trying to learn their combat style. This player can't become a monk, because in my shard some class combinations are blocked via scripts. The monk is one of the classes affected by this block, and it's a limitation that I wouldn't like to remove. Other than this, the pc is not lawful.
I'd like to award this player by giving his pc the "improved unarmed strike" and "flurry of blows" bonus feats. I've discussed this matter with the player and he will be satisfied with this solution.
I have tried both with Leto and by editing a 2da, to make these feats available as item properties so I can add them to a skin.
All goes well with the improved unarmed strike, but when I try to add the flurry of blows I get mad.
As much as I try, I see that the pc has the feat in his feat list, but there's no way for him to activate the flurry of blows as a combat mode.
I have also tried to put the bonus feat in his gloves instead of a skin, hoping to get the icon to activate the combat mode in the gloves' radial menu, but it didn't help.
My last idea is to give him an item that he can activate to trigger the flurry of blows. To do this, I need to be able to trigger a combat mode via script.
I have searched the net, but couldn't find anything useful, not even in the lexicon. I'm sure there is a way to do this.
Can anyone of you help me with this? Any other suggestions? Something I missed somewhere?
Thanks in advance,
Aurora
