But, oddly, the moment these Forums were stated to be closing, they immediately seem to have become more active than they have for many a long month...
Perhaps we can SAVE them!
We simply suggest to the vast EA corporate gestalt that instead of closing the Forums, it reduces them to a single General Thread. Then, users can pay online fees to EA to access all the sub-Forums, will pay grossly colossal sums of money to buy additional content such as PMs, etc, will pay a small fee for each post they write, pay additional fees to put up a custom avatar, will make substantial, mandatory contributions to the retirement funds of the EA Board, and will have to pay extra fees to buy the privilege of posting an image. (Users to pay additional fees for each additional image).
EA will surely relent and keep these Forums open then!
Even though bankruptcy would soon force us all to leave anyway...
