Missing a custom talk table (Sands of Fate)

Please, help. I tried everything, installed everything in right order, I patched the game to 1.69., I have cep 2.61, yet, every time I try to choose a character or create a one, I get this message.

You're looking for a tlk file which would go in the tlk folder.  As to where to get it.. it depends on which specific tlk file it's asking for.

A: I think your logfile will show exactly what tlk was missing, if you open it in notepad.

B: check to make sure the CEP tlk is in the tlk folder. I don't see where Sands of Fate needs any other haks.
