I saw 2 shadow issues - one caused by a window. CM fixed both.
I got a bit carried away:
I changed the walkmesh in front of the door into "dirt", so no grass is rendered on that little entry path.
And I added a walkmesh for the upper balcony, so now the complete upper platform is walkable.
Will contact Turkeys tomorrow (a bit late here for me now) and I'll send the results out in these 2 versions, so people can choose.
