For the Gmax version, if you've installed nwmax correctly, it makes a shortcut on install. Clicking on the shortcut will start nwmax and gmax at the same time, with a nwmax sidebar loaded on top of GMax. The sidebar has a choice for mdl loading.

I would imagine the the Max virsion of nwmax works the same way.

Those instructions are correct for GMax, but not for 3dsmax.  With 3dsmax, when you install NWmax, it should automatically place a script in the startup folder for 3dsmax, if not, you can manually run the nwmax script from the scripts menu.  It also depends on which version of NWmax you install.  I have no clue how nwmaxplus runs anymore as I went back to the original nwmax as released back during DLA days as it does everything I need without extras that I can't use.  Of course that is a personal opinion and you would have to make up your own mind.

Regardless, if you need specific instructions on how to get the original NWMax to run on your system, give me a pm telling me what 3ds you are running and I can likely help you figure out what you need to do to get nwmax running for you.

P.S. I see you have already switched over to NWMax plus, I can't help you with that one.  Good luck.

thats easy... you just rollout nwmax and "import" the mdl you want! Thats it!

But if you work with 3dsmax Uber 2014.... or similar ... i dont know. MDA is the magician here who works on the magic tool of making magic for magical nwn... '<img'>
