Lathspells Violet Vungus
is a decent looking model, but the animation resets at the end of the cycle so it ends up looking twitchy.
Has anyone fixed it?

Looks like SirOtus used those as the base for his Xag-Ya/Xeg-Yi:

But why are the violet fungus's tentacles glowing?

Different matter: I always wondered why this plant is flying. Is this correct per the creature's nature ?

Violet Fungi move about on their roots. Short of somehow creating a walk animation that incorporates all the roots, I figure Lathspell decided to go the more economical route of floating. I suppose a bit of height correction could lessen the obviousness of it.
