Quick question

               I want to make a hak for my module. But i want it to be compatibile with CEP 2.3. What 2da (especially for feats, subfeats, spells and classes) and Tlk indexes can i use? Is there a list somewhere?                cep2_top_v23 hak has all their .2da I believe and they have marked the lines in it that are open for users so that should not be hard. All module makers get 1-10000 in their custom tlk files. Above that are assigned some groups projects. I use from 10000-20000 for my HR project and I believe cep start around 30000.
