That is just a retexture of the default sewer tileset with some normal features stripped out. It's only in the Aenea haks...I replaced the default textures rather than make a new tileset. The "piles" and "floaters" are placeables. Just because I've never heard of a sewer that wasn't used for moving...stuff.
