Hi!
I'm trying to create a custom PC for my mod but I
can't seem to export any NPCs as bic files. I was pointed to Leto by someone
else but that doesn't allow me to customise my character's appearance which is
what I want to do.
So is there a way to convert the erf file to a bic
or is there an actual tool that I can use to create my character.
