NWN Premium modules

               I wanted to know how to get the Premium NWN modules now available in NWN Diamond and sent a trouble ticket to atari. (Funny, i thought this was a bioware game...but ok) and i got this responce.

I would Like to purchase or repurchase or something, some way, some how
and recieve this module along with the other downloadable premium
modules not included in NWN Diamond.



Also You cannot submit a ticket for NWN Diamond because you cannot select

Thank you for contacting Atari Support. Please accept our apologies for
these games being unavailable at the current time. Atari is in the
process of trying to have these Neverwinter Nights modules made
available once more for the Neverwinter community. Thank you for your
understanding as we work on getting these modules made available,
regrettably we do not have a timeframe as to when this will happen.

               Yeah, I got the same sort of reply a year ago (or shortly after they discontinued the Premiums) .  I wanted to try the Cormyr module for the horses.  Oh well. 

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Atari to come to their senses and renew the availability.

Sorry for the bad tidings, but it's a combination of legal and marketing demands that have doomed those modules (except, as you have mentioned, if you happen to purchase a product which already contains a few of them).

Best bet is to scour the Vault for good modules.  And no charge to boot! '>

               It's worth noting that the resources, including the horses, from Wyvern Crown of Cormyr (along with tons of other resources from the other Premium Modules) was integrated into the massive final patch,  1.69. Many many thanks to Craig Welborn and Brian Chung, and anyone else involved in that patch.

I do hope someday those modules become available again. I own every PM released, but I know many folks who would buy them today if they were available.

               I own several of the premium modules, but I can't play them, because the downloaded modules cannot "check in" to verify that I bought them to allow play.  Also, the Bioware store is gone, so I cannot download them to my new computer.  I was afraid something like this would happen with these download modules (like Pireates of the Swordcoast, etc.) Any way to get them to play?

The online authentication server is working. I own all of the premium modules and have just checked to see if I can start a new game in each of them. The authentication check ran, the module loaded and I encountered no problems whatsoever. All I can suggest is that you try and follow some of the advice given in the old Premium Module Tech Support forums.

If you are using the same NWN CD keys on your new computer as on your old machine when you originally purchased the premium modules and you have a backup of the premium modules, you should be able to reinstall from the backup files. I'm not sure if you can just copy over the premium module files from the nwm and hak directories and get them to work correctly.
