You might want to try and get in contact with Goudea or maybe someone else from
this website- maybe Lunecroquée? It believe it's mostly Japanese style but the beaded headdress in your screenshot seemed similar to the first of these screenshots.
Beautiful work, isn't it? I believe there are some other screenshots there depicting clothing which might also be similar to the style you're looking for.
If you or someone on your team would like to try making clothing by hand, I've made a similar hat/headdress from scratch (years ago, don't have it anymore, unfortunately) and it's not that difficult, geometry-wise. Copying an existing robe, using some Chinese photobhop/GIMP brushes and
this technique, you could use reference material to produce color-accurate reproductions of the kind of fabirc and patterns you like. I believe Lisa already created kimonos and those models are in CEP.
