OMB's Clean models problem
« on: June 25, 2011, 01:55:46 pm »

Where can I get a version of SWI_Prolog that works with OMB's cleanmodels? I lost my working version during an OS re-install.

Added later:
I've found the old version DL page but which version works? http://www.swi-prolo...ad/old?show=all

Has anybody got CleanModels to work with Windows Vista?
I can start it in XP compatibilty mode and start it as administrator, but the result is always the same.

CM3 runs in Vista without XP compatibility mode.

At least, my version does ...

For the record, you need the dll's from swi-prolog version 5.6.33

I've checked Alex Warren's upload and it's fine - it has the right prolog 5.6.33 dll's

It's probably best not to copy Alex's last_dirs.pl file into your own install directory, though. I would recommend deleting that and letting the program create your own personal one (which it will do from scratch, using defaults) because it contains abolute path names that are machine-specific.

Alex, do you still have those libraries? The link is dead already and the version 5.6.33 is nowhere to found anymore.

Maybe someone should post that to the Vault so that it doesn't get lost...

If you would please...I have all the files, but getting an error with one file. I wasn't able to find all the files in one location, so I packed them together from two different locations, and likely my two sets are not compatible by version or something.

For everyone who has problems with the files clean models needs to work correctly...here is my working directory! You need to change the path and point it to your directory when you use it!

hope that solves any problems '<img'>
