When I was originally making my Map Mats package I at first intended that a very small tileset would be part of it. In preparation of this I made a small number of large (1024 x 1024) textures for it. Once I had decided not to include the tileset I have had these textures sitting on my hard drive. As I was rather pleased with the way they look, I have repackaged them up so that they are just simple planes that can be used to overlay an interior floor. I have posted this onto the vault in the hope that someone may find a use for it. If someone wants to extract the textures to use in a real tileset, go ahead or if you want to include it in a compilation that's fine. Basically I don't care what they are used for as long as they are used.
There are only 8 of them so the package is small. There are eight different colours, but all with the same pattern. I called them evil because if I look from a close enough distance, part of the pattern looks like strange faces with little pinpoint eyes. Or perhaps I just need new glasses.
Anyway I hope someone has a use for what is in effect recycled goods.
