Fairly basic 3ds problem
« on: February 13, 2011, 09:34:44 pm »

I've fixed this in the past (the angled default selection box) by creating a copy of all of the faces of the model and then replacing the older one with it, but this time I'm not having any luck. There aren't any mis-placed verts, or anything, and I can't UVMap it properly because of it.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a quick and easy fix when this pops up, since it drives me mad!

So a Reset X-Forms in NWMax is not working for you?  I don't run across this problem a lot but I thought a NWMax Reset X-Forms would do the trick.  Make sure Safe Pivots is OFF when you do it, BTW.

Worked great with Safe Pivots OFF. Feeling a bit silly now. '<img'>
