Robes that hide the head of a PC? Does HIDEHEAD in parts_robe.2da work?

               Very strange issue I'm dealing with.  I have made a full body robe for a PC and every part of the body is hidden as per parts_robe.2da.  But in the toolset or in game anyone wearing the robe has their head visible, both PC and NPC alike.  All the other parts are nicely hidden away like they should be.  But not the head which still shows.

I've tried a number of different things.  I've even tried modifying other robes in the parts_robe.2da- and the heads still show for them, too.

If hiding heads with robes is supposed to work can anyone direct me to a robe on the vault that does this?

               I don't think that hiding heads works from the 2da.  I can't think of a single robe that has accomplished it, and from testing I did, it doesn't seem to have any effect.
