You really should go back and read my posts, because you're having some severe reading comprehension problems. I don't say anything of the sort.
I certainly never said that no one should ever upload someone else's work. What I did say is that if someone does decide to upload someone else's work, they may run into problems. That happens to be true, particularly if the author purposefully removed the entry. Anyone considering uploading someone else's work should at least be aware of that very real concern, regardless of what they eventually decide to do.
The various issues related to uploading someone else's work are (not surprisingly) a lot more complicated than either of you are willing to admit. but that is the way it is. The fact that the NWVault staff have in the past removed re-uploaded entries at the request of the original author invalidates pretty much everything you are claiming here.
If you're not going to bother to take the time to consider both the pros and cons of your suggestions, please don't get upset when others do so for you. If you don't like that, then I would suggest that you try posting better advice.
