I added the hak version to my module and found a few problems. Is there anything else I need to d/l to fix these or are they just that way? The problems I am reporting are in the screenshots captions. Here's the link:

Edited: I also would like to know where the configuration program is located that allows you to turn turn some features off and on. It is not included in either the hak d/l or the hak patch d/l. Is the configuring only available for the override version?

Not having a copy of NWNCQ to check, I would hazard that most of those see through gaps are because chico used the version of tiles from the original NWN .bif (from before such a low camera angle was possible) and not from the HotU patch .bif where most of the more obvious missing underside polys on the Bioware tiles had since been fixed. That said, they're all 30 second fixes in max anyway so shouldn't be too much of a problem. Hope that helps getting them fixed. The window bugs are kinda surprising since he must have modelled them, and surely should probably have modelled them to the shape of the tiles rather than just plonk them on there.

The blurry textures are apparently an intended feature to simulate bloom.

*Nods* I think maybe the gaps were an oversight. The one I was most surprised with was the gaping hole in the ceiling. As for the houses I'll just use the CEP placeables although that entails more work because of all of the placeable doors.

You could just get a copy of GMAX -  its free - and seal up the holes yourself.

Well to quickly update this...the missing ceiling tiles apparently only happens when you paint a fountain. It seems the fountains do not have a ceiling over them for some reason. Maybe an oversight.
