New visual effect types? If they are working on a way of adding new ones that will work for weapons, I'm all for it.
They all hardcoded, none of them works, I find it quite stupid to have nonworking features.
Increase/decrease item value? Sounds to me like a good option to have available.
I don't personally use PRC in my PW (it's not even on my computer)...just CEP with my own custom haks on top of that. Even my own haks aren't necessarily CEP-compatible (I actually rearrange some CEP data in some 2das because I was already using certain lines). I don't see why CEP would need to be kept compatible with PRC (or other larger packages like Project Q)...all such works tend to overlap/conflict considerably, and expecting any of them to just use stuff developed by other projects would limit creativity. And of course people would have a hissy fit if one project ended up just using a feature from another (especially if the newer stuff isn't fully compatible with the other project).
My point of view. The PRC team was the first who made up the cost increase and decrease itemproperty. In PRc there is few of these with scalable cost to allow to make -1M to +1M cost. CEP suddenly added it too, but on his own line with his own (worse imo) approach that dont have so much possibilities as tthe PRC's one. This exactly could be made compatible via using the PRC's approach on their lines, which are in CEP empty.
When all those projects trying to make it incompatible with any other, it don't seems to be right to me. If its possible they should keep compability. And it was possible, now is too late however.
