Sorry, the light properties, and even the (corresponding?)
VFX_DUR_LIGHT_* entries in
visualeffects.2da are hardcoded.
You could add new "dummy" light sub-properties (see
iprp_lightcost.2da and
iprp_color.2da), and have nwscript apply a custom VFX/emitter model when creatures equip items with those properties. That'd be kludgy though, and it may or may not be possible to achieve the same effect as the hardcoded light effects using emitters.
