I wonder if anyone can help. I need a free tool that can do the following. I need to be able to create pictures from other pictures by the use of drag and drop. I used to have the ability to do this with the panorama section of photoshop when I had access to it a few years ago. I've got (and use) both gimp 2 and the current version of paint.net. Unfortunately neither seems to have the ability to do what I want to do. I've searched with google for both panorama and collage but everything that comes back seems to be automatic. I've used the simple panorama tool built into irfanview but for what I need now this won't do either as for 1 project I need to overlap images because there is repetition of the central images and for another project I need to position smaller images on top of a larger one.
If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.
