Help Required Legendary Levels

               I have installed HGLL and all is working fine but when I take an ability or feat I get 2 ability and 2 feats is this correct as I thought it should 1 ability and 1 feat.

Example - take strength ability and greater strength feat, I end up getting x4 ability points to strength.
