Apparent discount on selected pdf's at Paizo
« on: October 08, 2013, 12:40:28 am »

I was looking for information about something (Spider Moon) via google. On one of the links I discovered the number of the edition of polyhedron magazine that it had originally been published in (#151). I therefore did a search for this issue on google and was surprised to find that it was being sold in pdf format on Paizo along with a single issue of dungeon magazine that I didn't have either. I then saw that the price had been discounted from $4.95 to $3.46 and from what was printed on the web page,  it would appear that some (edited from all - I re-read my invoice) pdf's on this site are being discounted. So if there is anything that you know of that might be of use for NwN and you don't have it, now might be a good time to visit Paizo to get it.

I saved my old dragon and dungeon magazines and go through them every so often. They are a very good source for ideas for NWN.

Never having been a member of the rpga, I obviously don't have any copies of the polyhedron magazine. Paizo doesn't have a complete back catalogue of it either, only certain ones. I also have a few early issues of dungeon  magazine which have potential for both short adventures and side quests. Alas, due to a house move, I only have a few of my dragons (still got #200 with the hologram of a dragon on the cover though).

Thats sweet that you have #200, I think I may have that one but i would need to search my what seems to be endless boxes of books in my basement. I made one excursion into there to retrieve a bunch of the newer Dragon and Dungeon magazines for reference material. Found around 20-30 of them.  I keep finding allot of stuff i want to use in NWN. I even pulled out a few 3.0 and 3.5 books to find stuff.
