               Can anyone here tell me where I can get a question about an Icewind Dale 2 bug answered or is it out of line to be asking it here?  I figure that given the age of these games, that it isn't so much viewed as a competitor anymore as it is an ally in promoting a continuing interest in these older, D&D based games.

               I do not see why not. it is a bioware game after all.    Other my dissagree with me though.

               Cool, here it is. I'm in the Ice Temple in Chapter 2 and killed Oria's corporeal form and she is supposed to respawn in ethereal form, but a bug is known where she doesn't do this. It happened to me and the fix is supposed to be that you skip the script ahead to where her ethereal form has been killed. I have the cheat code, but have no idea how to prompt the consol commands. I believe you are supposed to press Ctrl-Tab, but nothing happens when I do it. Does it make a difference that I downloaded the game from a website rather than installing it from a disc?  Maybe Ctrl+Tab isn't the correct way to prompt the commands?

               The only thing I can give is what a quick web search gave.

 Cheat mode:
Run the game's configuration utility and enable the cheat console option. Next, press [ Ctrl] + [ Tab] during game play to display the console window. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function

               Not Neverwinter Nights related. Icewind Dale 2 was developed by Black isle Studios and is not a BioWare game. At best, you could ask in our Off-Topic forum.
