               Since you come from WoW... have you thought about going online? I'm not saying skip the single player - far from it, I love playing SP - but it might be more fun for you if you find friendly and patient people online who can give you an introduction to the game and its mechanics and answer all your questions directly.

Of course, depending on what server you play on, the rules might be a little different from the default SP rules but once you've found out how to enjoy the game, the rest will be a walk in the park.

               You know, that might actually be a good idea, the only difference being that I generally love to play healers if the game is an online game. I should look into that!
