HI folks, sorry if this has been posted in the wrong area, but i did do a search.

None of the characters are turning up. They have a halo around them, and i can see their shadows, but other than that they are invisible (and no, its not a spell, its from the very beginning)
my video card is an ATI3850, not that it should matter, and i have all the latest drivers (and previous drivers just in case ATI releases a dud)

I have the Diamond Pack btw, fully patched.
Running standard Windows XP Sp2.. what i've been running for years...

I have played the original before so i know what its meant to look like, and i loved it so i thought, yeah, i'll get the whole thing again but with all the expansions.
seems like i cant play the damn thing.
Please help. I know the game is great, but at the moment its just a $40 paper-weight '<img'>
Thanks in advance.

Try unchecking the "show environmental effects on characters" checkbox in nwn video settings and make sure the catalyst AI is turned off or down.

Good Luck '<img'>

               Thanks for the compliments[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie] .

Whitehawk74,
you might want to check for an update to your video drivers. The last
two versions of catalyst I have used haven't needed that work around (tho we do have different cards sooooo ). Anyway, just a thought.

Have fun '<img'>
