I have "solved" the problem. I just copied the files from the disk to a flash drive and installed in on my ASUS tablet then moved the files to my desktop.
This reminds me of a somewhat interesting point: if you own an old Windows XP machine. You can install Neverwinter under Windows XP, and after that, use your XP install under Windows 7 32 or 64B (and who knows... perhaps W8). You can also migrate the old HDD to the new machine or probably do a copy of the installed XP Nwn with the same folder order like you deed. After that you just need to launch "nwn.exe" to access the game or the toolset. Don't forget to activate the Windows XP compatibility mode for the program.
