Flickering continously - HELP!

               Hey there. I've been a huge fan of RPG's for a while now, and decided to try this one. So, got it, expansion packs, community expansion packs and 1.64 patch and when I start it, flickers/flashes like WILD! I'm really desperate.

               I was having the same problem. I've found that if you go to video options and click on the advanced settings button it will stop flickering for some reason. Not sure why it works or what causes the problem, but this seems to fix it every time.
