                well...somehow someone stole my 3 cd-keys...is there a way to "disable" those and i get new ones?

               If I understand correctly, Atari is still the publisher for NWN, so they would be the people to ask about this. I don't know if they can do what you're asking, but their support website is here: Atari Support.

               Probably not going to happen.  Good luck though.

NWN Platinum will only cost you about $20 and you'll get new keys with it.  Problem will be finding it unopened/unused.
