XP Calculation

               Hi All,

I noticed that NWN WIKI had the xp calculation for the Original NWN. Problem is nobody talks about it after the expansions.

How does the xp calculation work? I also have the diamond edition and cannot find the xptable.2da or any other experience tables referenced in NWN WIKI.

Can someone please shed some like on how xp is calculated in NWN with expansions.

               AFAIK, XP awards are the same except for ECL, which is not used by SoU or HotU.

               Also, xptable.2da can be uncovered using NWN Explorer under HotU Main Data > data\\xp2.bif > Game Data. Or you can download it here.

               Thanks Squatting Monk, I did the calculation and they are coming out right for the xp scale I selected. My mistake was that I assign 30000 xp to the character which is level 8. But only chose to level him to level 5. The system still treats him as a level 8. Hence my original calculation for a level 5 against a CR 7 was incorrect it should have been a level 8 against a CR 7.
