Regarding Darkness over Daggerford *SPOILERS*

So, I've recently finished Darkness over Daggerford. Putting gameplay feelings and reviews aside, I'm wondering whether I missed some further story behind Sememmon aka Thayen or if it simply was not explained enough.

 

I mean, who were these three characters Sememmon was talking to at one point before being interrupted by the player character? Who was the "she" that he referred to when he talked to them? What was the reason this bird of his, George, was following him around?

 

I simply don't know if this remained unresolved or if I missed a side quest or two. '>

It has been awhile since I played Darkness over Daggerford, so I do not remember the contents of the conversations you are referring to specifically. However it is worth noting that Semmemon is not an NPC specific to that module, but a pre-established character from Forgotten Realms lore: see this, for example, for more information about him. I think it likely that the mysterious things you are referring to constitute allusions to this wider lore, and are not evidence that you missed anything in particular.
