The Romance Modules list is maintained by Starlight (hmdai on the Vault). He's active on the Bioware Social Site, so you could ask him. He seems to be most active in DA now, but as far as I know he doesn't have plans to stop updating the NWN list.
As for incoming NWN modules with romances: I can give a preview for the next chapter of the Sanctum of the Archmage series, which is currently in development:

Robin Blackwing (male or female half-elven bard) for males and females.
- Robin's gender is chosen by the player in the previous modules. It can be chosen in Sanctum 3 through dialog options at the beginning, but only if it is started as a new module.
Orion Deneri (male human cleric) for males and females.
Diana Dal Meara (female human ranger or mage) for males and females.
Princess Reyna (female human rogue) for males and females.
Captain Flynn (male human fighter) for males and females.
