               You could try the Persistent world and Multiplayer section also...I think it is more frequented by people who would want to play that.

There are over 20 active servers and at least a thousand people still logged in daily playing NWN, so I'm sure you'll find someone. Perhaps if you specify the sort of campaign you intend to run (Original content, or a module, or even the NWN OC itself) that can assist in finding folks. Also the ratio of RP to HnS can be a factor.
Finally I would suggest posting on NWNConnections.com, as it is still active.

               Ok, more info...

This is a description of the server from a while ago.. before I went overseas with the military..
I hope to DM a regular campaign if we can get a decent group of adventurers.

The ship voyage to these new lands made your stomach uneasy.... or perhaps your uneasiness comes from the unknown that lies ahead of you. You spent almost all of your savings on passage to Iolyn City. You left behind your boring life to seek adventure. Lay down your fishing net for a sword, your pitchfork for a bow.. you decide why you came to Iolyn, you decide what you do once you get here. Spend some time in the sewers getting familiar with your combat abilities or jump into one of the many quests you find. Adventure will be sure to find you, if not underneath or within the city walls, then surely in any of the hundreds of areas you have yet to explore. As the ship docks in the port of Iolyn, you think to yourself once again if you made the right choice by coming here and starting your life over. Will being an adventurer bring you all you hope it will, or will it bring you nothing more than death?

 It takes place on a continent that is only about half-way explored and about half is "Frontier" lands.  Role play is most certainly welcomed. The story is original content for the most part.
The history and a few videos can be found here http://www.pendlesof...mdyn/index.html (hopefully they still work, it has been a long time).  Clicking around there will show a high budget, Hollywood produced movie by Dreamworks, SKG (Just kidding). The movie tells the story of how Iolo the bard (if you recognize that name.. you are as old as I am) and his small fleet discovered the continent by chance. The chronology and timeline will tell the history of the lands from that point until present. There are also a couple extra videos up there telling various stories of happenings in the land of Wyrmdyn.
I am CST and best time for me is when the wife and kiddies are in bed, but I can be somewhat flexible.
