Hey everyone.
Recently, I have launched my project for a server based off of the popular manga/anime series Bleach. I have been building this tirelessly, and right now, we have around 200 areas built to give the best possible roleplay environment, and give the players an aesthetically pleasing backdrop for them to utilise for their roleplay.
However, what I have noticed is that without DM presence, interest seems to diminish slightly in our off peak times, when a DM is unfortunately lacking due to the real life commitments of our staff. I know this project can be a great success, if we just have a dedicated DM team who can tough it out and encourage and promote roleplay on the server, helping out the players on the server and just generally being part of a great community from the get go.
So my question is twofold. First, is there anyone out there that is willing to be part of this project and help out the players to see this server grow from strength to strength? And second, how can I help both the DMs and the players get the maximum enjoyment from the server and all that I am trying to offer them?
