Mails from the vault can end up in spam folder or may be banned from even entering inbox.. seems like we have been blacklisted (probably due to notification system, which can be abused by users to get message for every project update if they click it).

This happened me today as well. I forgot my password and tried like 10 different passwords... now I can't get on the site at all.

I am having trouble logging on at the vault. I checked http://neverwintervault.net/ from two browsers and two different (external) IPs (though they were both via AT&T). But, I was able to get a page to load when I went to 148.251.86.81 via my phone. I was also able to get to http://neverwintervault.net/ from my PC by using a proxy (giving me a different IP). And, I was able to log on from the latter (with a different IP).

Perhaps the site has blocked my IP for some reason. I did trying logging on a couple times and then requested a password reset. The reset email never arrived, but after that the site stopped loading for me from my home IP. (I no longer need the password reset, since I determined that the password I was trying was the correct one.)

I also got affected by that crappy system on the vault, and it was the password reset nonsense.Sorry, I'm just kind of annoyed that I'm forced to create a EA account to help with this issue. It was really unexpected.

 

I wanted to submit to the author of that I1-Dwellers Mod because I fixed up a problem with the appearance issue with the Mongrelmen that was broken in the latest update.
