Birds, like Axebeak, not working with cep 2.61

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem where the birds in the custom content are not working properly. I have made a place called the Isle of the Feathered serpent and they all worked fine. Now, I installed the new cep version and they don't work. These are stock creatures I believe.
