Mythallar Placeable

Greetings.

 

Everytime I load my test module up, the lighting effect for the Mythallar placeable appears below the tube and sometimes causes grey artifacting that stretches out towards the edge of the screen.

Removing all sources of custom content does not change this effect.

 

However, one of these placeables is readily accessible on a server I play on, where the lightning DOES show in the tube. So I am at a loss as to what is causing this behavior. Any ideas?
