Missing Vaath's head

                Hello guys!
I am at chapter 3 and really enjoying this game!
I have a problem with Vaath's head. I killed him before taking the quest from Rolkid who asks the PC to kill Vaath and anothe orc.I didn't find the head in the remains of Vaath.
Now that I got the quest, I have no head and no remains to search.
Did this happen to anyone else? What can I do? It's a pity not to be able to complete this quest....''>

               Typically, quest items like that are in the creatures' inventory whether you have already taken the quest or not, so the head should have been in the remains even if you hadn't taken the quest yet.  I don't think remains ever disappear if you haven't searched them and taken everything from them.  Maybe the remains are still there but you had trouble spotting them (use the tab key to light them up when search)?  Perhaps the head will turn up in the divining pool at the temple (where I think some quest items go if you accidentally misplace them).  Are you using a modification that allows you to access henchman inventory, and put the head in a henchman's inventory?

               Thank you for the links! I never leave remains without searching them, thanks to the Tab button. I looked in the divining pool too and found nothing.

Another weird thing tha happened is that Husher Clay in trading post doesn't give me his quest! Is there anything that I should do before talking him??
