Beggar's Nest Gulnan's Dark heart??

                I have defeated Gulnan but all I get are some coins, no black heart, is there anything I could be missing or is this just a glitch?

               Gliche. Load save and try again.  Worst case scenario, if you need it, spawn the item with the console to continue your current game.
